What is an Agave Spirit?
Tequila, Agave - what's the difference? In short, where it's made. Tequila has a protected destination of origin just like champagne. When tequila is made elsewhere it's called something different. When we make this spirit in Australia we call it agave for this reason.
What remains the same is how we enjoy it.

What is Desert Haze?
The name Desert Haze pays tribute to the climate the agave plant grows in.

It is our new range of agave spirits which honour the heritage of tequila, while using our modern approach to Australian craft distilling. It is a new world spirit without losing that unmistakable flavour we all associate with a high-end tequila. That big, bold, beautiful agave.​​
How do i drink it?
Sip them neat, mix in a paloma or shake in a margarita. Made with blue weber agave these spirits are perfect for all your go-to tequila cocktails.​

Partial to a spicy marg? We've done the work for you. Our chilli agave spirit is your one-stop shop for the perfect spicy margarita. No need for chilli syrups or jalapenos, just shake it up with lime juice and triple sec. Hot enough to taste the heat, refreshing enough to make a 2nd and 3rd.​​​​
